Is my booking a private or shared transfer? All reservations are for private transfers and your party will be the vehicle’s only passengers. This means no queues, no waiting for other passengers to arrive and no additional stops.
Where will the driver meet my party? Where is the meeting point?
Arriving to Las Palmas Airport: The driver will be waiting for you at arrivals area, after your group has collected luggage and cleared customs. He - She will be holding a sign with the Lead Passenger name provided to us at the time of booking.
Transfers to LPA Airport: The driver will meet your group in the hotel’s main lobby or, in case of private apartment, please have your group waiting out front the provided address at the time indicated in your reservation.
Which pickup time I have to indicate in booking form?
If you are booking a transfer from Gran Canaria LPA Airport, please indicate the expected arrival time of your flight. We will check it for any delay issue and we will take care of updating your pickup time in case of delay.
If you are leaving from a resort to go to the airport, please indicate at what time you would be picked up from hotel or resort. You have to calculate the time necessary to travel from your resort to the airport and the time you have to be at the airport before departure for check-in. If you don't know how much time you will need to arrive to the airport, simply indicate your flight departure and ask us to confirm you the pickup time
How can I find the type of vehicle to fit my luggage?
The standard measures for luggage are 46x69x29cms. When you display car's availability you will see the number of suitcases that fit in each type of vehicle. If you travel with hand luggage you can assume that every 2 hand suitcases you have a standard suitcase. If you travel with foldable trolley, you have to count it as a standard luggage. If you are note sure of which kind of vehicle do you need, please contact us.
If you need to take with you sport equipment, like a golf bag, bike bags or windsurf equipment, please select a minivan. In case of any doubt, ask us to verify your reservation by indicating your request in additional information or contact us by email or chat.
